In accordance with Government Code 27130-27137, the Ventura County Treasury Oversight Committee was established in 1996 to review the County’s Investment Policy.

The current TOC Committee Members are: Supervisor Janice Parvin, Board of Supervisors, District 4; Sue Horgan, Treasurer-Tax Collector; Jeffery Burgh, Auditor-Controller; Misty Key, Deputy Superintendent of Fiscal & Administrative Services, Ventura County Office of Education; and Henry Solis, Public Member.

The TOC meets: twice a year (April and November) at 1pm, in the Pacific Conference Room (PCR), in the Hall of Justice (HOJ) cafeteria, located at the government center at 800 S. Victoria Avenue, Ventura, California 93009.
