Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
The Human Services Agency (HSA) has implemented a County-wide customer service survey to assess competency in the areas of courteousness, completeness, timeliness and accessibility. The HSA is focused on collecting customer satisfaction information monthly to improve client satisfaction in the delivery of public services.
Questions are based on a 5-point scale, where 1 is Strongly Disagree and 5 is Strongly Agree. Below are highlights of the average scores from our survey.
