Santa Barbara Vision Care (SBVC) offers free eye exams and glasses* to uninsured children and adults of all ages in Santa Barbara and Ventura counties. They have offices in Santa Maria, Ventura, Goleta, and Oxnard.

*There is a limited selection of glasses available; SBVC covers clear single vision or bifocals.
