ASSESSMENT APPEALS

 Assessment Appeal Application 
Applications are available for the Regular Assessment periods from July 2 through September 15. If September 15 falls on Saturday, Sunday, or a legal holiday, an application that is mailed and postmarked on the next business day shall be deemed to have been filed within the specified time period. Supplemental or Escaped Assessments applications may be filed within 60 days after the mailing date of the supplemental notice or notice of proposed escaped assessment. Applications for Calamity Assessments must be filed within six months of the mailing of the notice. 

 Authorization of Agent / Designation of Attorney
Agent Authorizations attached to Applications For Changed Assessment must include all REQUIRED information stated on Property Tax Rule 305 (a) and (b).
