Debt Reduction Program 

The Debt Reduction Program may reduce your child support balance owed to the state of California. This program is designed to help provide relief to parents who owe past due support owed to the government.  If you qualify, you will be able to offer a compromise repayment to the state. In other words, you may offer to reduce the debt by paying an amount that is less than the full amount you owe. More details on the Debt Reduction Program.
