DETAILS: Join us for our 2nd annual Fatherhood Summit! This free event will be held on Saturday, April 26, 2025, from 2 pm to 5:30 pm at Rio Del Valle School (3100 N Rose Ave, Oxnard). Free childcare and dinner will be provided, and fathers will have the opportunity to win prizes! MORE INFO: This is a collaborative effort between Ventura County Department of Child Support Services, First 5 Ventura, Hope & Comfort, El Rio School District, Chase Bank, County Schools Federal Credit Union and United Parents. We recognize the vital role fathers play and are committed to helping them be the best they can be. Our goal through this Fatherhood Summit is to provide fathers with an opportunity to connect, learn, and grow in their parenting journey. Through engaging workshops and a resource fair, we aim to equip fathers with valuable insights to strengthen their relationships with their children and connect them with essential community resources to support their path through parenthood. By supporting fathers in realizing their full potential, we not only empower them, but also build a stronger foundation for their children to flourish.
