- Recommendations of Supervisor Gorell to Direct the County Executive Office (CEO) to Complete the Research on Establishing an East County Family Justice Center (FJC) in Thousand Oaks with an Initial Report Back to the Board within 30 days, Pursuant to Ongoing Efforts between the Second District and the CEO, Solidify the Most Optimal Funding Sources Available for Property Acquisition, Development, Staffing, and Ongoing Operations of the FJC Including Work with the City of Thousand Oaks and the District Attorney’s Office to Seek Local, Federal, and State Funding, Work in Partnership with the City of Thousand Oaks to Determine a Suitable Location, Including a Due Diligence Evaluation of 625 W.
