DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROGRAM

The Dispute Resolution Program Act of 19861 provide for the local establishment, operation, and funding of informal dispute resolution programs.

These services are available at no or low cost to county residents to aid in resolving problems informally (primarily conciliation and mediation) and function as alternatives to more formal court proceedings.
